I’m Sarah and Liberation Coffee is my baby.
I’ve loved coffee since always, and I get really really excited about it. I want to share this excitement with you all, from my little coffee shop on wheels!
I want to do good with what I do, so I’ve decided to do things a little differently. My values when it comes to making drinks for people go beyond customer service and definitely beyond just making a profit.
I wanted to set up my own business so I could do things my way. I disagreed with the way I’ve seen things done – with a disregard for the people behind the scenes and our planet.
I want to say yes to people – I want people who have dietary requirements and preferences to have options and to feel welcome.
I want to make sure that I am making the best choices, for my customers and the planet, which is why I am always looking for new ways to reduce my environmental impact, and to support those with less privilege than myself.
